My Oil Allocation is operated by Oil Allocation Management Limited, which is incorporated in New Zealand, it keeps the production allocations records for Moonshine Oil & Gas Limited also incorporated in New Zealand. Moonshine Oil & Gas Limited owns operating subsidiaries in Louisiana in USA, including Moonshine Oil and Gas L.L.C which owns the leases from which the oil for the allocations is pumped. Our oil field  personnel have extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry, established over 10 years of being in oil and gas production and the finance industry.

The reason the Oil Allocation Management corporation is domiciled in New Zealand is because there is no capital gains tax, or stamp duty in New Zealand and no GST applicable if the amount is derived outside of New Zealand, so when you buy or sell an allocation none of these taxes are applicable.

The leases are owned by affiliates of the  company, and are located in the Caddo Pine Island Oil Field in Louisiana in the USA, an oil producing area spanning back to the early 1900's. When you purchase an allocation, you have the advantages of direct access to an allocation of oil production without the responsibilities that are associated with owning and producing oil from an oil lease.

The State Government of Louisiana has estimated that only 6% of the recoverable oil in the field has been pumped, so you know there is going to be sufficient oil reserves to last for at least another 30 years.
